Data Deletion Instructions

VendRush takes your privacy seriously. You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data from our platform at any time. When you request data deletion, we will remove your personal information, order history, saved addresses, and payment details in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Method 1: In-App Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the VendRush mobile application:

• Open the VendRush app and log in to your account.
• Go to the Profile tab on the bottom navigation bar.
• Tap on Account Settings.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap on Delete Account.
• Read the warning prompt, confirm your password if prompted, and confirm the deletion.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

Method 2: Deletion Request via Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request data deletion by contacting our Support Team:

• Send an email to privacy@vendrush.com from the email address registered with your VendRush account.
• Subject line: Account Data Deletion Request
• Include your full name and the phone number associated with your account in the body of the email.

Our support team will process your request and confirm the deletion of your data within 7 business days.

Method 3: Disconnect Third-Party Accounts (Facebook, Google)

If you only want to revoke VendRush's access to your linked social accounts without deleting your entire profile, follow these steps (example for Facebook):

• Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.
• Navigate to Apps and Websites to view all internal apps linked with your social account.
• Search and click "VendRush" in the list.
• Scroll down and click Remove.

You have successfully revoked authorization. This satisfies data deletion compliance protocols for third-party OAuth providers.
